However, scholar should be prepared to pivot to a virtual program model depending on COVID-19 related conditions. 2022 programming will be Site Partner-specific and generalized to primary care in free and charitable clinic settings. This program is open to graduate-level nursing and physician assistant students, and medical students in the DC or VA area who are poised to become leaders in primary care.ĭuring the Spring Semester, one BD PCLP Scholar will actively engage with a free and charitable clinic in leadership training, team-based project activities, and healthcare service delivery.
